The variety in configuration of these machines is wide and corresponds to all production applications requested by the market. Gozio’s flexible transfer machines both with vertical and horizontal indexing axis, are available with 4 up to 16 stations and basically don’t have limitations in the workpiece’s dimensions, even if the most frequent applications are on pieces within 13”.
Numerous technical solution have been adopted on Gozio Transfer machines, such as:
- CN controlled hydraulic boring/threading units driven by means of proportional solenoid valve
- CN controlled units driven by means of ball recirculation screw
- CN controlled movements on 3, 4 or 5 axes
