[company - Production Process And Workshop]

Modern CNC machine tools are used by highly qualified operators performing all mechanical working onsite.

All machines’ basements are made of normalized welded steel plates, built with double wall structure, while indexing drums, tables and the units’ housings as well are made of cast iron, since they are key elements in the general machine configuration.

Excluding a special machining on the spindle tail and some special components such as the chucks, all parts of our machines are produced/machined in our Gozio Transfer workshop. All machine tools in our workshop are CN controlled, including turning, milling machines and machining centers, which allow to obtain finished components that undergo dimensional control on 3D measuring machines.

The final assembling of the machines takes place as well in a workshop’s department in which the operating units, the indexing drums and various components, both internally produced and supplied. These components are all certified like every product of Transfer Gozio is.
